Stage 1 is anticipated to involve the construction of 69 Independent Living apartments, basement car parking, and extensive community facilities for the exclusive use of residents and their families and friends. These community facilities include a heated swimming pool, dining and lounge areas, café and bar area, Petanque court, bowling green, and extensive landscaping and walkways.
We have been consulting with immediate neighbours, the Pigeon Mountain Primary School and Auckland Council and are in the process of applying for our Resource Consent for stage 1 only.
As yet we are unable to provide any further information, accept expressions of interest or provide formal potential dates for the development until we have secured our Resource Consent.
The intention for future development of the site will include further independent living options and an aged care facility.
We are trustees of the BeGroup vision, but the personality and culture of each village is formed by you, our community members.
